N\u00e1sledn\u011b v\u0161ak inkasoval ji\u017e zm\u00edn\u011bnou penalizaci. Podle jury z\u00e1vodu byl p\u0159isti\u017een p\u0159i poru\u0161en\u00ed pravidel. Krom\u011b ofici\u00e1ln\u00edho roadbooku m\u011bl k dispozici dodate\u010dn\u00e9 pozn\u00e1mky. TNDA konstatoval, \u017ee paragraf 3 \u010dl\u00e1nku 17P2, na jeho\u017e z\u00e1klad\u011b byl Benavides potrest\u00e1n, byl sice nahrazen nov\u00fdm u\u017e 8. ledna 2019 v 18:30, ale text o tom, \u017ee je \u201ezak\u00e1z\u00e1no pou\u017e\u00edvat jak\u00e9koliv dopl\u0148kov\u00e9 pozn\u00e1mky na motocyklu, na vybaven\u00ed jezdce, na jak\u00fdchkoliv \u010d\u00e1stech t\u011bla nebo na dal\u0161\u00edch pom\u016fck\u00e1ch\u201c, byl do pravidel dopln\u011bn teprve 15. ledna. Tedy a\u017e pot\u00e9, co byla jezdci ud\u011blena penalizace.<\/p>\n<p>V kone\u010dn\u00fdch v\u00fdsledc\u00edch Rally Dakar 2019 v kategorii motocykl\u016f se Benavides posunul z dvan\u00e1ct\u00e9 na p\u00e1tou p\u0159\u00ed\u010dku. P\u0159esko\u010dil tak i t\u00fdmov\u00e9ho kolegu Jos\u00e9ho Ignacia Corneja a je ofici\u00e1ln\u011b nejlep\u0161\u00edm jezdcem Hondy v leto\u0161n\u00edm ro\u010dn\u00edku dakarsk\u00e9 rally.
