Nov\u00e1 zbra\u0148 b\u011blorusk\u00e9ho t\u00fdmu pom\u011b\u0159\u00ed s\u00edly se zaj\u00edmavou konkurenc\u00ed p\u0159i Morocco Desert Challenge 2019. \u0160\u00e9f t\u00fdmu a jezdec Sergej Vjazovi\u010d prozradil, jak na tom nov\u00fd MAZ p\u0159ed premi\u00e9rov\u00fdm startem je.<\/h4>\n<p>Tov\u00e1rn\u00ed t\u00fdm minsk\u00e9 automobilky se u\u017e kv\u016fli <a href=\"https:\/\/www.dakarmania.cz\/index.php\/2019\/03\/15\/kapotovany-maz-poprve-testoval\/\">prvn\u00edm test\u016fm<\/a> vydal na pom\u011brn\u011b dlouhou cestu, nebo\u0165 v B\u011blorusku nen\u00ed mo\u017en\u00e9 vyzkou\u0161et sout\u011b\u017en\u00ed kamion v ostr\u00e9m re\u017eimu na dostate\u010dn\u011b dlouh\u00e9 trati.<\/p>\n<p><em>\u201eV\u0161echna pole jsou obd\u011bl\u00e1van\u00e1 a z\u00edskat povolen\u00ed pro testov\u00e1n\u00ed ve vojensk\u00e9m prostoru nen\u00ed snadn\u00e9. Proto je prakticky nemo\u017en\u00e9 vyty\u010dit aspo\u0148 pades\u00e1tikilometrov\u00fd okruh, na kter\u00e9m bychom mohli testovat,\u201c<\/em> vysv\u011btluje <strong>Sergej Vjazovi\u010d<\/strong>. <em>\u201eV Astrachani jsme mohli vyu\u017e\u00edt trat\u011b, na kter\u00fdch se z\u00e1vod\u00ed nap\u0159\u00edklad p\u0159i z\u00e1vod\u011b \u201aZoloto kagana\u2018.\u201c<\/em><\/p>\n<p><em>\u201eJe jasn\u00e9, \u017ee n\u011bkter\u00e9 typy ter\u00e9nu u Astrachan\u011b nenajdete. Rozlohu a obt\u00ed\u017enost dun a p\u00edse\u010dn\u00fdch \u00fasek\u016f nelze srovn\u00e1vat s jihoamerick\u00fdmi zem\u011bmi. Ale pokud jde o r\u00e1zov\u00e9 zat\u00ed\u017een\u00ed, pak se astracha\u0148sk\u00fdm step\u00edm nic nevyrovn\u00e1! Jestli\u017ee na zdej\u0161\u00edch cest\u00e1ch v ostr\u00e9m tempu ujede auto tis\u00edc kilometr\u016f bez v\u011bt\u0161\u00edch pot\u00ed\u017e\u00ed, pak vydr\u017e\u00ed jak\u00fdkoliv z\u00e1vod.\u201c<\/em>[\/vc_column_text][vc_single_image image=&#8221;5236&#8243; img_size=&#8221;large&#8221; add_caption=&#8221;yes&#8221; alignment=&#8221;center&#8221;][vc_column_text]<\/p>\n<h4>D\u011btsk\u00e9 nemoci<\/h4>\n<p>C\u00edlem prvn\u00edch test\u016f v\u017edy b\u00fdv\u00e1 hlavn\u011b ujet\u00ed ur\u010dit\u00e9ho po\u010dtu kilometr\u016f, z\u00edsk\u00e1n\u00ed jist\u00e9ho mno\u017estv\u00ed dat a odhalen\u00ed nedostatk\u016f v konstrukci vozu. A ty se objev\u00ed v\u017edycky. Nav\u00edc p\u0159i p\u0159echodu na vozy nov\u00e9 koncepce nem\u016f\u017ee t\u00fdm v mnoha ohledech spol\u00e9hat na p\u0159edchoz\u00ed zku\u0161enosti.<\/p>\n<p><em>\u201eJe pravda, \u017ee jsme b\u011bhem test\u016f najeli m\u00e9n\u011b, ne\u017e jsme pl\u00e1novali. Cht\u011bli jsme na aut\u011b pracovat t\u0159i dny, ale nakonec byly jen dva. Porouchala se \u0159\u00edd\u00edc\u00ed jednotka p\u0159evodovky a n\u00e1hradn\u00ed jsme nem\u011bli. Ani my, ani dodavatel ne\u010dekal, \u017ee by mohla selhat.\u201c<\/em><\/p>\n<p><em>\u201eTak\u00e9 se uk\u00e1zalo, \u017ee p\u0159i p\u0159ist\u00e1n\u00ed po skoku kabina nar\u00e1\u017e\u00ed do dr\u017e\u00e1ku. Na rozd\u00edl od trambusov\u00e9 verze je v\u011bt\u0161\u00ed a t\u011b\u017e\u0161\u00ed, ale po\u010det tlumi\u010d\u016f z\u016fstal stejn\u00fd; po jednom na ka\u017ed\u00e9 stran\u011b. Sna\u017eili jsme se to \u0159e\u0161it jist\u00fdmi \u00fapravami, ale dosp\u011bli jsme k z\u00e1v\u011bru, \u017ee budeme muset na ka\u017ed\u00e9 stran\u011b pou\u017e\u00edt dva tlumi\u010de.\u201c<\/em>[\/vc_column_text][vc_single_image image=&#8221;1281&#8243; img_size=&#8221;large&#8221; add_caption=&#8221;yes&#8221; alignment=&#8221;center&#8221;][vc_column_text]<em>\u201eTak\u00e9 jsme ne\u010dekan\u011b narazili na star\u00fd probl\u00e9m. P\u0159ed n\u011bkolika lety p\u0159i p\u0159echodu na motory Caterpillar jsme se tr\u00e1pili s posilova\u010dem \u0159\u00edzen\u00ed, st\u00e1le selh\u00e1valo \u010derpadlo. Tehdy jsme to vy\u0159e\u0161ili. Jen\u017ee \u201akapotnik\u2018 nebyl vyprojektov\u00e1n za jedin\u00fd rok a do konstrukce se dostalo je\u0161t\u011b star\u00e9 \u0159e\u0161en\u00ed. \u00dapln\u011b jsme tento probl\u00e9m ztratili ze z\u0159etele. A te\u010f na n\u00e1s \u201avysko\u010dil\u2018. Na\u0161t\u011bst\u00ed u\u017e zn\u00e1me \u0159e\u0161en\u00ed, proto bylo snadn\u00e9 prov\u00e9st p\u0159\u00edslu\u0161n\u00e9 zm\u011bny.\u201c<\/em><\/p>\n<h4>Rozpt\u00fdlen\u00e9 obavy<\/h4>\n<p>K novink\u00e1m, s nimi\u017e MAZ zat\u00edm nem\u011bl \u017e\u00e1dnou zku\u0161enost, pat\u0159\u00ed pochopiteln\u011b samotn\u00e1 kapota. A z\u00e1sadn\u00ed zm\u011bny se dotkly tak\u00e9 n\u00e1stavby.<\/p>\n<p><em>\u201eNev\u011bd\u011bli jsme, jak se bude chovat kapota p\u0159i ostr\u00e9 j\u00edzd\u011b, jak na tom budeme s vibracemi. Ale \u017e\u00e1dn\u00e9 probl\u00e9my se neobjevily. Nebo panely n\u00e1stavby. Nyn\u00ed se cel\u00e9 vykl\u00e1p\u00ed a nemaj\u00ed \u017e\u00e1dnou spodn\u00ed \u010d\u00e1st. Jsou dlouh\u00e9, masivn\u00ed, v\u00fdpl\u0148 je z jin\u00fdch materi\u00e1l\u016f. V\u016fz m\u00e1 nav\u00edc o n\u011bco v\u011bt\u0161\u00ed zadn\u00ed p\u0159evis a my jsme se ob\u00e1vali, \u017ee v ur\u010dit\u00fdch situac\u00edch budeme zadkem \u0161krtat o zem. Ale to se nestalo. Nebyly \u017e\u00e1dn\u00e9 probl\u00e9my ani s plastov\u00fdmi \u010d\u00e1stmi n\u00e1stavby, ani s jej\u00ed kovovou konstrukc\u00ed.\u201c<\/em><\/p>\n<p><em>\u201eSice jsme zat\u00edm jezdili jen kr\u00e1tce, ale nemohu \u0159\u00edct, \u017ee by z vozu s kapotou bylo vid\u011bt h\u016f\u0159, jak mnoz\u00ed p\u0159edpov\u00eddali. V ur\u010dit\u00fdch situac\u00edch je to dokonce o hodn\u011b lep\u0161\u00ed. Ale zat\u00edm jsme v\u016fz nezkou\u0161eli na velk\u00fdch stoup\u00e1n\u00edch. Jak to bude vypadat na nich, to je\u0161t\u011b nev\u00edm. Ov\u0161em p\u0159i sjezdech je v\u00fdhled je\u0161t\u011b lep\u0161\u00ed. A to sam\u00e9 plat\u00ed v \u00fazk\u00fdch zat\u00e1\u010dk\u00e1ch. Jasn\u011b vid\u00edte sv\u016fj polom\u011br ot\u00e1\u010den\u00ed, tak\u017ee je to mnohem jednodu\u0161\u0161\u00ed ne\u017e v trambusu, kde sed\u00edte nad p\u0159edn\u00ed n\u00e1pravou.\u201c<\/em>[\/vc_column_text][vc_single_image image=&#8221;1269&#8243; img_size=&#8221;large&#8221; add_caption=&#8221;yes&#8221; alignment=&#8221;center&#8221;][vc_column_text]<\/p>\n<h4>Automat se zal\u00edbil<\/h4>\n<p>Stejn\u011b jako prakticky cel\u00e1 \u0161pi\u010dka kategorie truck\u016f, p\u0159ech\u00e1z\u00ed i MAZ s nov\u00fdm modelem k automatick\u00e9 p\u0159evodovce.<\/p>\n<p><em>\u201eAutomatick\u00e1 p\u0159evodovka m\u00e1 v\u00fdznamn\u00e9 v\u00fdhody. Nejz\u00e1sadn\u011bj\u0161\u00ed je to, \u017ee automat v\u017edy dr\u017e\u00ed motor v z\u00f3n\u011b pracovn\u00edch ot\u00e1\u010dek, nedovol\u00ed mu ztr\u00e1tu tahu. Neust\u00e1le jste v optim\u00e1ln\u00edch ot\u00e1\u010dk\u00e1ch, nevy\u017eaduje to \u017e\u00e1dn\u00e9 \u00fasil\u00ed ze strany pilota, kter\u00fd se tak m\u016f\u017ee soust\u0159edit na jin\u00e9 aspekty \u0159\u00edzen\u00ed. P\u0159i brzd\u011bn\u00ed p\u0159evodovka sama pod\u0159ad\u00ed, aby se ru\u010di\u010dka tachometru nedostala pod 1400 a\u017e 1500 ot\u00e1\u010dek za minutu. I po brzd\u011bn\u00ed tedy z\u016fst\u00e1v\u00e1te po\u0159\u00e1d v pracovn\u00ed z\u00f3n\u011b a m\u016f\u017ee\u0161 vyu\u017e\u00edt ve\u0161kerou s\u00edlu.\u201c<\/em><\/p>\n<p><em>\u201eV automatick\u00e9m re\u017eimu nefunguje p\u0159evodovka v\u016fbec \u0161patn\u011b. K dispozici je i manu\u00e1ln\u00ed, ale v n\u011bm p\u0159evodovka dr\u017e\u00ed pom\u011brn\u011b vysok\u00e9 ot\u00e1\u010dky, sama nep\u0159e\u0159ad\u00ed. V Astrachani jsme samoz\u0159ejm\u011b vyzkou\u0161eli i manu\u00e1ln\u00ed re\u017eim, ale nepot\u0159ebovali jsme ho, sta\u010dil n\u00e1m ten automatick\u00fd. Mluvili jsme s jezdci, kte\u0159\u00ed stejnou p\u0159evodovku na Dakaru u\u017e pou\u017e\u00edvaj\u00ed. N\u011bkdo spol\u00e9h\u00e1 v\u00fdhradn\u011b na automat, jin\u00fd zas jezd\u00ed s manu\u00e1ln\u00edm re\u017eimem. Ka\u017ed\u00e9mu vyhovuje n\u011bco.\u201c<\/em><\/p>\n<h4>Spr\u00e1vn\u00e1 cesta<\/h4>\n<p>Vjazovi\u010d se b\u011bhem test\u016f za volantem vyst\u0159\u00eddal s Alexejem Vi\u0161n\u011bvsk\u00fdm a navzdory n\u011bkter\u00fdm v\u00fd\u0161e zm\u00edn\u011bn\u00fdm probl\u00e9m\u016fm se z Ruska vracel pozitivn\u011b nalad\u011bn.[\/vc_column_text][vc_single_image image=&#8221;4280&#8243; img_size=&#8221;large&#8221; add_caption=&#8221;yes&#8221; alignment=&#8221;center&#8221;][vc_column_text]<em>\u201eJe to radik\u00e1ln\u011b jin\u00e9 auto, mnohem snadn\u011bji se \u0159\u00edd\u00ed. Dle m\u00e9ho n\u00e1zoru je budoucnost pr\u00e1v\u011b v t\u00e9to koncepci. Netu\u0161\u00edm, co by se po str\u00e1nce v\u00fdvoje dalo ud\u011blat s autem s trambusovou kabinou, aby bylo jeho \u0159\u00edzen\u00ed stejn\u011b pohodln\u00e9. V tuto chv\u00edli je p\u0159\u00edli\u0161 brzy, abychom mluvili o spolehlivosti. P\u0159esto jsem si jist\u00fd, \u017ee v p\u0159\u00edpad\u011b bezprobl\u00e9mov\u00e9ho provozu bude tento kamion mnohem konkurenceschopn\u011bj\u0161\u00ed ne\u017e trambus.\u201c<\/em><\/p>\n<p><em>\u201eNov\u00fd v\u016fz je d\u00edky sv\u00e9 koncepci a pou\u017eit\u00ed jin\u00fdch materi\u00e1l\u016f mnohem leh\u010d\u00ed. Minim\u00e1ln\u00ed hmotnost je dnes stanovena na osm a p\u016fl tuny a my jsme u\u017e te\u010f hodn\u011b bl\u00edzko. V\u0161echny na\u0161e vozy s trambusovou kabinou v\u00e1\u017e\u00ed v\u00edc ne\u017e dev\u011bt tun. To znamen\u00e1, \u017ee jsme hmotnost kamionu sn\u00ed\u017eili minim\u00e1ln\u011b o p\u016fl tuny. Nav\u00edc jsme dos\u00e1hli lep\u0161\u00edho rozlo\u017een\u00ed na n\u00e1pravy (50 na 50 oproti p\u016fvodn\u00edmu 55 na 45) a t\u011b\u017ei\u0161t\u011b se posunulo n\u00ed\u017ee a doprost\u0159ed. Auto je velmi stabiln\u00ed, nenakl\u00e1n\u00ed se, v\u00fdborn\u011b sed\u00ed v zat\u00e1\u010dk\u00e1ch. P\u0159i p\u0159ekon\u00e1v\u00e1n\u00ed nerovnost\u00ed v ter\u00e9nu v\u016fz p\u0159ipom\u00edn\u00e1 sv\u00fdm chov\u00e1n\u00edm SUV nebo buggy.\u201c<\/em><\/p>\n<p><em>\u201eV ter\u00e9nu samoz\u0159ejm\u011b nikdy zcela neeliminujete bo\u010dn\u00ed r\u00e1zy, ale i ty se sn\u00e1\u0161ej\u00ed mnohem l\u00e9pe. Mimo\u0159\u00e1dn\u00fd z\u00e1\u017eitek nab\u00edz\u00ed j\u00edzda ve zvln\u011bn\u00e9m ter\u00e9nu. P\u0159edn\u00ed a zadn\u00ed \u010d\u00e1st nad osami jdou st\u0159\u00eddav\u011b nahoru a dol\u016f, ale pos\u00e1dka sed\u00edc\u00ed uprost\u0159ed prakticky nic nec\u00edt\u00ed. Je to paradox: vid\u00edte nerovnosti, ale vestibul\u00e1rn\u00ed apar\u00e1t<\/em> [smyslov\u00fd org\u00e1n ve vnit\u0159n\u00edm uchu zodpov\u011bdn\u00fd za vn\u00edm\u00e1n\u00ed rovnov\u00e1hy, pozn. redakce] <em>si jich nev\u0161imne. Se sn\u00ed\u017een\u00edm r\u00e1zov\u00e9 z\u00e1t\u011b\u017ee jsem velmi spokojen. V z\u00e1sad\u011b to byl jeden z hlavn\u00edch faktor\u016f, pro\u010d jsme se rozhodli postavit \u201akapotnik\u2018.\u201c<\/em>[\/vc_column_text][vc_single_image image=&#8221;4279&#8243; img_size=&#8221;large&#8221; add_caption=&#8221;yes&#8221; alignment=&#8221;center&#8221;][vc_column_text]<\/p>\n<h4>Znovu nal\u00e9zt hranici<\/h4>\n<p>Jak ale Vjazovi\u010d upozor\u0148uje, v\u011bt\u0161\u00ed komfort pos\u00e1dky s sebou m\u016f\u017ee p\u0159in\u00e9st i jist\u00e9 probl\u00e9my.<\/p>\n<p><em>\u201eS dosud pou\u017e\u00edvan\u00fdmi trambusy, kter\u00e9 jsou u\u017e celkem odoln\u00e9, dr\u017e\u00edme v z\u00e1vod\u011b tempo podle toho, jak jsme schopni sn\u00e1\u0161et r\u00e1zov\u00e9 zat\u00ed\u017een\u00ed. Stroj m\u00e1 svou p\u0159esnou hranici a pos\u00e1dka, kter\u00e1 se sna\u017e\u00ed jet naplno, jde na limit sv\u00fdch fyzick\u00fdch mo\u017enost\u00ed. A co hroz\u00ed te\u010f? R\u00e1zov\u00e9 zat\u00ed\u017een\u00ed pos\u00e1dky je o hodn\u011b men\u0161\u00ed, proto se zvy\u0161uje tempo, ale t\u00edm se v\u00edce nam\u00e1h\u00e1 technika. Teprve budeme sb\u00edrat zku\u0161enosti a zji\u0161\u0165ovat, jak\u00e9 tempo auto je\u0161t\u011b snese a p\u0159i jak\u00e9m u\u017e dojde k z\u00e1sadn\u00edmu po\u0161kozen\u00ed. Proto budeme p\u0159i prvn\u00edch testech a z\u00e1vodech nejsp\u00ed\u0161 chybovat hlavn\u011b v odhadu spr\u00e1vn\u00e9ho tempa. Proto\u017ee i po kr\u00e1tk\u00fdch prvn\u00edch testech mohu \u0159\u00edct, \u017ee se p\u0159i j\u00edzd\u011b c\u00edt\u00edm fyzicky znateln\u011b l\u00e9pe a jedu tud\u00ed\u017e rychleji.\u201c<\/em><\/p>\n<h4>Do Maroka za teplem a konkurenc\u00ed<\/h4>\n<p>P\u0159esto\u017ee MAZ 6440RR zat\u00edm absolvoval pouze velmi kr\u00e1tk\u00e9 testov\u00e1n\u00ed, rozhodli se B\u011blorusov\u00e9 pro jeho pom\u011brn\u011b brzk\u00e9 nasazen\u00ed do z\u00e1vodu.<\/p>\n<p><em>\u201eJe jasn\u00e9, \u017ee testy se od samotn\u00fdch z\u00e1vod\u016f z\u00e1sadn\u011b li\u0161\u00ed. P\u0159i testech \u0159\u00edd\u00edte auto chladnokrevn\u011bji, na z\u00e1vodech m\u016f\u017eete b\u00fdt agresivn\u011bj\u0161\u00ed. Roli hraj\u00ed tak\u00e9 pov\u011btrnostn\u00ed podm\u00ednky. V Astrachani bylo deset stup\u0148\u016f, ale \u010dasto se z\u00e1vod\u00ed p\u0159i teplot\u011b okolo t\u0159iceti stup\u0148\u016f Celsia nebo je\u0161t\u011b vy\u0161\u0161\u00ed. Proto jsme cht\u011bli auto vyzkou\u0161et v n\u00e1ro\u010dn\u011bj\u0161\u00edch podm\u00ednk\u00e1ch, abychom z\u00edskali dal\u0161\u00ed informace a mohli d\u00e1l pracovat na zvy\u0161ov\u00e1n\u00ed jeho spolehlivosti.\u201c<\/em>[\/vc_column_text][vc_single_image image=&#8221;5237&#8243; img_size=&#8221;large&#8221; add_caption=&#8221;yes&#8221; alignment=&#8221;center&#8221;][vc_column_text]<em>\u201eMorocco Desert Challenge je pro n\u00e1s zaj\u00edmav\u00e1, proto\u017ee je na ni p\u0159ihl\u00e1\u0161eno p\u0159es t\u0159icet kamion\u016f, v\u010detn\u011b voz\u016f Iveco nebo Renault. Cht\u011bli jsme b\u00fdt v t\u00e9to spole\u010dnosti. Nav\u00edc se jedn\u00e1 o osmidenn\u00ed z\u00e1vod dlouh\u00fd v\u00edce ne\u017e dva tis\u00edce kilometr\u016f. Nicm\u00e9n\u011b nepodl\u00e9h\u00e1me iluz\u00edm. V\u00edme, \u017ee n\u00e1\u0161 v\u016fz nebude nejlep\u0161\u00ed hned od prvn\u00edho z\u00e1vodu.\u201c<\/em><\/p>\n<p>S nov\u00fdm \u201akapotnikem\u2018 pojede v Maroku pr\u00e1v\u011b Vjazovi\u010d. Na postu navig\u00e1tora se p\u0159edstav\u00ed Anton Zaporo\u0161\u010denko, kter\u00fd byl dosud mechanikem Alexandra Vasiljevsk\u00e9ho, mechanikem pos\u00e1dky je Sergej Sa\u010duk.<\/p>\n<p>Pos\u00e1dku trambusov\u00e9ho 5309RR tvo\u0159\u00ed Alexej Vi\u0161n\u011bvskij, navig\u00e1tor Pavel Haranin a nov\u00fd mechanik Vitalij Muryljev.<\/p>\n<p><em>\u201eDo Maroka jsme p\u0159ijeli v nekompletn\u00ed sestav\u011b. Konstrukt\u00e9\u0159i Dmitrij Vichrenko a Maxim Novikov, kte\u0159\u00ed se oby\u010dejn\u011b \u00fa\u010dastn\u00ed v\u0161ech z\u00e1vod\u016f, z\u016fstali v Minsku, aby nest\u00e1la pr\u00e1ce na nov\u00fdch projektech.
